This Request for Qualifications ("Rfq") for Qualified Firms to Provide Architectural, Engineering, Design, and Construction Support Services for the Update of Its Parking Lot at the Administrative Services Center, as More Specifically Described Below (the "Project"). Question Deadline: 03/07/2024 at 5:00 PM PT, Firms With Questions Must Submit Their Request via Email to Ryan.cullup@wcls.org or in Writing to: Whatcom County Library System Attn: Ryan Cullup, Facilities Services Manager, 5205 Northwest Drive Bellingham WA. Wcls is Seeking Professional Architectural and Other Qualified Individuals and/or Consulting Firms to, Among Other Things, Develop Construction Design Documents Including Specifications, Support Construction Management Activities and Assist in Project Closeout. The Project is Fully Funded With Wcls Internal Capital Funds. The Project Will Evaluate and Improve the Existing Stormwater Drainage System and Replace the Existing Failed Asphalt in the Project Scope Area.
