CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 2/27/2024 4:00 PM The City of Bellingham (City) is seeking Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to provide architectural, engineering, surveying, environmental, construction administration, and other support services necessary for the project named above. This project will involve multiple areas of expertise not limited to those mentioned above. The areas of work are located along public trails/ROWs and are generally open to the public. A pre-bid meeting is not planned for this RFQ. The anticipated term of this contract is up to 5 years and may include additional time, as needed, for additional studies, design, permitting, construction, monitoring, as-builts, and implementation of any of the recommendations developed under this scope of work. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Submittals and to waive irregularities and information in the submittal and evaluation process. This RFQ does not obligate the City to pay any costs incurred by firms in the preparation and submission of their Submittals. Furthermore, this RFQ does not obligate the City to accept or contract for any express or implied services.
