The City of Seattle, through its Department of Transportation (SDOT) solicits interest from qualified consulting firms with expertise in construction management services. The Route 40 Project will construct bus zone improvements, signal upgrades, paving, pedestrian crossing improvements, and bus only lanes. Various project locations along King County Metro Route 40 alignment including Holman Rd NW, N 105th St, NW Market St, Leary Ave NW, N 36th St, Fremont Ave N, and Westlake Ave N. This negotiated hourly rate contract is estimated to be up to $2.4M with an anticipated project schedule of September 2023 through September 2026.
