The bid bond shall be conditioned that if the principal's bid is accepted and a contract is awarded, the principal shall execute the contract within ten days of receipt of the notice of award. Miscellaneous: Work shall consist of approximately 9,000 LF of watermain replacement by bursting, 30 gate valves, 10 hydrants, 70 water services, and related items. Substantial Completion Date: 11/1/24 Final Completion Date: 6/14/25
