Renovation of an office development in Guilford, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 25,149-square-foot, two-story above grade office development.
Any questions regarding the specifications may be directed, in writing only, no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, February 16, 2024, to Cliff Gurnham, at gurnhamc@guilfordschools.org with a copy to Darlene Minore at purchasing@guilfordct.gov & Dave Bernstein at dbernstein@orlconstruction.com. The minimum rates to be paid for labor on various classifications of the project shall be in accordance with the current schedule of Prevailing Wages established by the Connecticut Department of Labor, Wage, and Workplace Standards Division. Refer to the prevailing wages included within the specifications. The Town of Guilford reserves the right to reject any or all bids; or to waive defects in same, if it deems such to be in the best interest of the Town. The Town of Guilford is an affirmative action, equal opportunity employer. In accordance with Connecticut General Statute Sections 4a-100 and 4b-91, a responsible bid must contain two (2) documents: The Contractor Prequalification Certificate and the Update (Bid) Statement. The classification HVAC is required as a minimum.
