**As of April 3, 2024, the project was awarded to the low bidder Tanksco, Inc., with an awarded amount of $585,500.00. ** Site Address: 1301 West Bremer Avenue Waverly, Iowa 50677 The project includes the following work on the 250,000-gallon riveted, elevated reservoir, constructed by PDM in 1939. The date of last reconditioning is unknown. 1. Cleaning, sandblasting, and painting all interior and exterior surfaces. Full containment is mandatory. The exterior is considered lead-based paint. 2. Structure modifications and surface repairs. Tower out-of-service schedule to start on July 8, 2024 and end by September 20, 2024. The approximate dimensions are as follows; tank diameter of 40-feet, high-water level 132-feet, low-water level of 100-feet, and overall height of 135-feet.
