Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Elkwater, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Lakeview shower house was built in 2008 and Firerock shower house was built in 2009. These two facilities both received epoxy floor treatments when they were originally built but due to the extremely high usage, these floors are both at the end of their serviceable life and replacement with ceramic floor tile and coves are required throughout both buildings. This contract will be for the preparation, supply and installation of non-slip and stain resistant commercial grade ceramic tile flooring systems, inclusive of all preparation work, adjustment of exiting floor drains and finishing.
