Capital City Development Corporation invites licensed Public Works Contractors to submit bids for the Capitol & Myrtle Garage Elevator Modernization Project. The project consists the construction of a temperature controlled elevator room and modernization of the elevator. CCDC reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any irregularities in the proposals received, and to accept the proposal that is in the best interest of CCDC. The issuance of the Invitation to Bid and the receipt and evaluation of sealed bids does not obligate CCDC to award a contract. CCDC will pay no costs incurred by Bidders in responding to this Invitation to Bid. CCDC may in its discretion cancel this process at any time prior to execution of a contract without liability. CCDC appreciates your interest in meeting the needs of the agency and the citizens of Boise. Question Deadline 02/22/2024 at 5:00 PM MT
