Renovation of a residential development in Worcester, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following 1. Selective demolition of interior non-structural building components and systems to expose existing structure at; floors, walls and ceilings, asbestos abatement and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. 2. Owner shall be responsible for work related to the following trades: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Alarm and Fire Protection. Work by Owner consist of disconnect and make safe as required for selective demolition. 3. Removal and disposal of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Alarm and Fire Protection equipment and related materials shall be by the Contractor. 4. Contractor shall be responsible to schedule and coordinate; HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Alarm and Fire Protection work with the Owner. 5. Owner shall be responsible for temporary utilities shut down during construction. Shut down consist of water, electrical and gas. 6. Contractor shall be responsible for Fire-Safety Program, compliance with requirements of NFPA 241 and authorities having jurisdiction including Worcester Fire Department. The Project consists of but not limited to: Selective demolition of interior non-structural building components and systems to expose existing structure at: floors, walls and ceilings, asbestos abatement and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
