Conduct residential and commercial inspections of detailed drawings, design specifications and construction plans for the following: A. Structural B. Electrical C. Plumbing D. HVAC. Perform a variety of administrative duties in support of inspection work and that include completing weekly log sheet, prepare inspection files; coordinate with the permitting staf to ensure building permits and trade permits are current and information is correct. See scope of services. The last date to submit questions in writing is March 8, 2024 by 5:00 p.m. The City reserves the right to cancel any and all solicitations and to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any and all proposals when it is for good cause and in its best interest.
