Architect/Engineer's Cost Opinion: $240,000.00 Bid Bond: This Project is estimated to cost $250,000.00 or more and must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, or bid bond, equal to 5% of the total Base Bid only, excluding taxes. Make checks payable to the Renton School District; furnish bond executed by a licensed bonding agency authorized to do business in the locality of the project.
