*This bid is for procurement only - no installation is required. SCOPE: As outlined in the solicitation package, furnish projectors, lens, equipment and materials as specified. The deadline for questions pertaining to the Bid is 4:00 PM (PST) on Wednesday, Feburary 21, 2024. TERMS OF PAYMENT Net 30 calendar days and shall commence on the date of final acceptance of merchandise or on the date of receipt of invoice, whichever is later. All prices shall include payment discounts offered by the offerer. Contract: Contract documents include the purchase order, solicitation documents, Bidder's response form/required attachments, all addenda, required submittals, Provider's performance bond and valid certificates of insurance, if applicable.
