It is the intent of this formal Invitation to Bid (ITB) to receive Bid Proposals from qualified Bidders to provide concrete repair and/or replacement services at all sites for a duration of 12 months. RTC sites include, but are not limited to, the eleven (11) Facilities sites, and any one of the 3,695 RTC bus stops located throughout the Las Vegas valley. Repair and or replacement work shall be completed during standard working hours (temperature permitting) unless emergency, after hours, or weekend work is necessary. Said work shall be performed without affecting the daily operations of the RTC, unless proper permitting and/or permission is obtained. Standard working hours, as defined by the Facilities Department, shall be Monday through Friday, 6am to 4:30pm. Standard working hours, as defined by the Transit Amenities Department, will mirror the Facilities Department unless otherwise specified by any necessary Jurisdictional permits obtained for assigned work. RTC Facilities Project Manager, Transit Amenities Project Manager, or Designee will call to schedule service as needed.
