Site work for a clubhouse / community center in Condon, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a 864-square-foot clubhouse / community center.
Bids will be reviewed by city attorney Wyatt Baum and contract drawn up and scheduled to be approved at the August 3, 2024 Condon City Council meeting. City of Condon is accepting sealed bids for a clubhouse at the Condon Municipal Golf Course, 525 N. Lincoln Street, Condon. This will be an 864 square foot structure, with patio, outdoor kitchen area and fencing Award Contract - April 3, 2024 Project must be completed by December 31, 2024. This project will be a prevailing wage job under BOLI with bids exceeding $50,000. Questions and bidding packet is available by emailing Kathryn Greiner, City Administrator at admin@cityofcondon.com or calling 541-384-2711 Single story 36'x24' (864 sq.ft.) lounge building with adjoining patio (504 sq.ft.) with pergola frame, covered entry porch (32 sq.ft.) and outside kitchen (144 sq.ft.). There shall only be limited sitework and landscaping.
