Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Condon, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.

The work to be performed shall consist of providing all materials, labor, and equipment necessary: 1. Construction of new wood-framed commercial vehicle storage facility with associated office, site work and exterior improvements. 2. Construction of new on-site site septic disposal system by an Oregon Licensed Septic Installer. 3. Work includes CSI divisions, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9 10, 12, 22, 23, 26, 31, 32, & 33 The engineer's construction cost opinion for this project is: $1,480,000. Gilliam County may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of Gillam County it is in the public interest to do so. Gilliam County also reserves the right to waive any informality in connection with said bid or to postpone the award of the Contract for sixty days. Attention is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. No bid will be received or considered by Gilliam County unless the Bidder is registered with the Construction Contractors Board or licensed by the State Landscape Contractors Board as required by ORS 671.530. If weather conditions do not allow for meeting, a new meeting time will be posted by addenda to plan holders and plan centers. No bid may be withdrawn after the time set for the bid opening nor before the award of the Contract, unless award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty days or as per the instructions to bidders. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding.
