As of November 10, 2025, the county agreed on a contract with an engineering firm. Gilliam County ("County") is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide certain professional engineering services for Cedar Springs Lane Relocation Project, including, without limitation, land assessment, design engineering, specifications, and construction engineering. The total project cost, including engineering and construction, is estimated to be $3,650,000.
