Construction of approximately 300 linear feet of concrete sidewalk and concrete driveways, curb, and mountable curb and gutter; patching of asphalt concrete pavement roadway; installation of two storm drain catch basins; and installation of 20 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron pipe along South Main Street. Work shall include, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and appurtenances necessary to complete the project as specified in the Technical Specifications and as shown on the Drawings. The contract is subject to the applicable provisions of ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law. The Owner is an equal opportunity employer.
