Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rapid City, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; parking garage; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The contractor shall provide labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to remove and replace approximately 190 square feet of concrete, to include an accessible ramp, sidewalk, and a section of curb and gutter at the Federal Building/Courthouse in Rapid City, SD, in accordance with attached agreement/solicitation. NOTE: -Reference Part II of the solicitation C201 for instructions on submitting proposals. -There will not be a formal bid opening. -Offer amount must be for ENTIRE project to be considered for award. The offered price shall include any applicable taxes and fees. -All contractors submitting a proposal MUST have an ACTIVE registration in SAM.gov. Contractors that are unregistered or have inactive profiles cannot be considered for award. -Notice to proceed with work on site will be issued once security clearances are in place and material is received, and weather conditions are appropriate All questions concerning proposal submissions shall be directed in writing via email to the Contracting Officer at Kristen.feickert@gsa.gov. Any responses provided by GSA will be posted to www.SAM.gov. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
