Project Location: Journey Museum, 222 New York Street, Rapid City, South Dakota 57701 Project Description: Project consists of removal and replacement of existing chiller and associated refrigerant piping, chilled water piping, and controls appurtenances, as required. Also, consists of removal and replacement of existing building HVAC control system and associated wiring, pneumatic tubing, and controls devices, as required. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. General Contract (all trades). Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount for certified check/cashier's check or 10 percent of the bid amount for a bid bond. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance and Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder.
