Reference Number 0000264569 The Municipality of WestLake-Gladstone requires a contractor for Municipal right-of-way mowing during the 2024 growing season. There will be a minimum of 800 miles of roadway to be cut on both sides (single cut only) to commence no earlier than July 15,2024 and completed by no later than October 15, 2024. However, a later end date, due to weather conditions, may be approved by Council. Bid amount (per mile) including applicable taxes, List of equipment to be used, Workers Compensation Board Registration number. Proof of Liability Insurance no less than $2,000,000.00 Minimum of 2 references Proposed delivery timeline Complete and return Schedule A of the Contractor Management Plan Policy 2018-06. The Municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
