Reference Number 0000278131 Pricing Lump sum The Municipality of WestLake-Gladstone is soliciting quotes for conducting a groundwater monitoring and sampling program at the Gladstone and Westbourne Waste Disposal Grounds. The Westbourne and Gladstone sites require annual well sampling for a 4 year term (2024-2027 inclusive). The scope of work consists of completing one sampling event as required in each of the years stated above for all monitoring wells at each site, prepare and submit a written report to Council summarizing field chemistry and laboratory analyses. Each waste disposal ground has three monitoring wells on site, all require sampling. A location plan is provided for both sites attached as Figures 1 & 2. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
