Extend existing water main and sewer main, supply and install all products, materials, and/or services necessary for the completion of extension of water and sewer line installation in the Town of Gladstone. The work includes: Supply pipe and all materials required for extension of water main line up to the property line and add 2 curb stops with a flush out. Supply pipe and all materials required for extension of sewer main line up to the property line. Supply and install a new manhole for sewer line. Restoration work as per specification is require including, but not limited to grading, topsoil, & seed where applicable in Municipal Right-Of-Way and on private property. The location requires connection to the existing water main line and sewer line up to the property line. Services to be directionally drilled. 2 curb stops to be installed. A minimum 24 hours notice for any interruption to water services to surrounding residents must be given to the Municipality unless an emergency does not allow for such notice. Work does not include connecting private property service connection. This is only a main line extension up to the property line. All work is to be completed by September 30, 2024. 10% of payment will be withheld until the project meets Municipal standards and the warranty period ends, at which time the appropriate balance will be paid to the Contractor.
