Reference Number 0000287806 Bid Intent Deadline 2025/03/04 04:00:00 PM CST The Municipality of WestLake-Gladstone is seeking a qualified contractor for municipal right-of-way mowing during the 2025 and 2026 growing seasons. A minimum of 800 miles of roadway to be mowed on both sides (single cut only). Work to commence no earlier than July 15, 2025, and must be completed no later than October 15, 2025, unless extended due to weather conditions with Council approval. Field-to-field cutting requirements: 2025 Season: Half of the 800 miles will require field-to-field cutting. 2026 Season: The remaining half will require field-to-field cutting. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
