Reference Number 0000299452 The Municipality of WestLake-Gladstone is seeking to retain a qualified firm to oversee the removal and land application of biosolids and sludge solids from Cell 2 and 3 and liner assessments for cells 1, 2 and 3 of the Municipality of WestLake-Gladstone's "Gladstone Utility" located in 29-14-11WPM. The successful tender will be responsible for all required applications, sampling, reporting and monitoring requirements under EAL#3203 and as directed by MECC. The Municipality will pay the contractor for the dredging and land application directly but will be coordinated and overseen by the successful tender. The Municipality has applied to the Public Utilities Board (PUB) and the Municipal Board for approval of the debt recovery on Gladstone Utility users. The Municipality has received approval in principle from the PUB and the Municipal Board. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
