The City of Palmdale is requesting bid responses through this Invitation for Bid process for the supply and delivery of Ameron Contemporary Series 1C128 and 1C123 Streetlight poles or equivalent and related hardware on an as-needed basis. Please see Appendix A & B for additional specifications. The requested commodities must meet the minimum specifications and requirements provided within this IFB. The effective duration of the resulting purchase order contract shall be July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025 with the CITY reserving the option to extend the purchase order for two additional terms of one year each. Question Deadline 03/13/2024 at 5:00 PM PT The City reserves the right to award a Purchase Order to multiple suppliers or to a single supplier, or to make no award, whichever is in the best interest of the City. Upon pick-up or delivery of any commodities, CITY retains the right to inspect the commodities ordered prior to final acceptance and/or payment for the commodities. CITY shall have sufficient and reasonable time to fully inspect supplies for compliance.
