Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Palmdale, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.

The Work to be constructed hereunder is located on 39755 15th Street East, in Palmdale, California. Palmdale Water District (PWD, District) is seeking bids from qualified contractors to construct and furnish, but not limited to all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the contract documents to equip a new 600 horsepower municipal well. Work generally consists of: Civil/Site work (excavation, compaction, grading, paving, and fencing). Well building and foundation. Deep well vertical turbine pump and motor. Above and below ground valves and piping. Installing a 30 foot tall SCADA Antenna, materials provided by District. Building plumbing and drainage. Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems. Electrical and instrumentation. Startup testing and training. Preparing operation and maintenance manuals. The Bid Security shall be in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid. The Faithful Performance Bond and Payment Bond shall each be not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the bid price named in the contract.
