The City needs an 8 foot fence and curb installed in the outfield of Softball Field #1. Question Deadline 03/19/2024 at 2:00 PM PT All questions, inquiries and comments regarding this solicitation must be submitted online Bid Bond 0.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% All work shall be completed per City of Palmdale building, planning and public works codes. All items listed in this Exhibit J – Bidder’s Quotation Sheet and Scope of Work Section, unless otherwise specified, shall include all finish work, including all trim hardware, patching, and finish painting and/or staining to the immediate area of work. All overhead and profit should be included in each line item. Contractor shall complete the Project in accordance with this Contract. Contractor shall furnish all materials and perform all work required for the completion of the following Project: Public works, involving an estimated expenditure in excess of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) for the excavation of any trench or trenches five feet or more in depth, shall require the submission by the contractor, and acceptance by the awarding body or by a registered civil or structural engineer, employed by the awarding body The due date has been changed from 3-27-2024 at 2:00 p.m. to 4-3-2024 at 2:00 p.m.
