Renovation of an educational facility in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Capeless School Boiler Replacement. Estimated Cost $225,000.00 Question Deadline 02/22/2024 Questions concerning this IFB should be directed to the City of Pittsfield Purchasing Agent up to five (5) business days before the time and date ofthe bid opening. 1. Removal of existing Boiler and accessories as specified herein and indicated on the contract documents. 2. Furnishing and installation of new boiler and boiler controls as specified herein and indicated on the contract documents. 3. Coordination with the City of Pittsfield to ensure the safety of the staff, students and public. The School will remain in operation during the work and contractor shall maintain the operation of the other boiler as required to maintain heat in the school during the work. 4. Replacement of Boiler #1 under Alternate Bid. See Section 01030 Of the Specifications.
