The BARSTOW UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT hereinafter referred to as the "District" will accept bids for E-Rate Funding Year 2024. QUESTIONS REGARDING RFP/RFB must be addressed in writing only the subject line must state " Questions to Bid# 24-008 Cat 1 WAN". Addressed to Neale Aulakh, Director, Technology and Information Services. Email : Neale_aulakh@busdk12.com. The annual E-rate Funding Year begins on July 1 and expires on June 30 of each calendar year. Regardless of the Agreement's "effective date," E-rate eligible goods and/or services requested in this RFP/RFB/RFQ shall be delivered no earlier than the start of the 2024 funding year (July 1, 2024). The bid term will commence upon award by the Board of Education and shall continue for an initial term of one (1) year. Pricing shall be held firm for the duration of the year. This bid implies no obligation to buy. The District reserves the right to refrain from the award of this bid. The District reserves the right and may award any, all or none of this bid. The District may award all of the bid and refrain from entering into an agreement or placing orders for any or all of the items awarded. There shall be no minimum or maximum contract on purchase order quantities. The award is subject to acceptance by the District's Board of Education.
