Site work for a water / sewer project in Leicester, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

**As of March 27th, 2024 project was awarded to Jack Goncalves & Sons, Inc., awarded amount is $253,339.40 ** The work of this contract generally consists of the installation of approximately 625 linear feet of 12-inch diameter ductile iron water main and approximately 25 linear feet of eight-inch diameter ductile iron water main for the Cherry Valley & Rochdale Water District. The Work of Additive Alternate A generally consists of the installation of approximately 30 linear feet of 12-inch diameter ductile iron water main in the MassDOT State Highway Layout. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount and in the form described in the Instructions to Bidders. A Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond each in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required in the form described in the Instructions to Bidders. Estimated Cost $230,000 Contract Documents may be obtained electronically through Tata & Howard, Inc. by contacting Kirsten Hummel at khummel@tataandhoward.com. Approximately 560 linear feet of 12-in DI water main shall be installed on Sargent St, 25 LF of 8-in DI water main installed on Reservoir St, and 65 LF of 12-in DI main installed on Reservoir St.
