Project Category Code: Water Storage Tank, Painting, Fencing/Guardrails/Handrails, Paint Removal, Water Tower Rehabilitation and Repair Description: The City of Munising is seeking bids for the construction of the "Elevated Water Storage Tank Painting Project" that includes the following major items of work: o Exterior tank coating replacement & interior tank coating replacement o Install screen on overflow pipe, cable type fall protection, safety signs, 72-inch chain link fence, and 16-foot fence gate The City of Munising reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids at its discretion. No bid shall be accepted unless accompanied by a bid security payable to the City of Munising in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid Question Deadline 02/29/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect
