The last day for questions will be March 11, 2024 @ 12:00 PM to tvaughn@quandel.com J. Vinton Schafer Construction LLC is soliciting Subcontractor bid proposals for the project referenced above. The project consists of the Redevelopment of the subject portion of campus to provide for pedestrian and ADA access through Lot R3, across and along Stadium Drive and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents including but not limited to demolition, electrical, earthwork, asphalt paving, concrete paving, concrete paving joint sealants, pavement markings, tactile warning surfaces, chain link fencing and gates, soil preparation, turf and grasses, plantings, stormwater management and stormwater conveyance. Construction is anticipated to start in May/June of 2024. MBE Participation (%) 29.00 African American MBE Participation (%) 8.0 Women-Owned MBE Participation (%) 11.0 All bids are considered final when submitted, and none can be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the bid opening. J. Vinton Schafer Construction LLC, and the Owner reserve the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and to award to other than the lowest bidder.
