Vinton Schafer Construction, LLC. is the Construction Manager for the Cole Head House Renovations and is soliciting bids for the Bid Package 2 - Building Upgrades. The Subcontractor Bid Packages requested in this invitation are as follows: Package 1A - General Construction Package 7A - Roofing Package 7B - Penetration Firestopping Package 8A - Aluminum Storefront and Windows Package 9A - Gypsum Assemblies and Ceilings Package 9B - Flooring Package 9C - Painting Package 14A - Elevators Package 15A - Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC Package 15B - Automatic Control Systems Package 15D - Fire Suppression Package 16A - Electrical, Communications, Safety and Security Special Conditions: A. The Bid Package 2 Building Upgrade Packages are anticipated to be awarded in Late June 2024. B. This Project is subject to State Prevailing Wage Rates. C. This Project is subject to an overall goal of thirty percent (30%) Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) participation under this contract, including MBE sub-goals of eight percent (8%) for African American owned businesses and eleven percent (11%) for Women owned businesses. MBE Contractors are encouraged to bid on this Project. D. This Project is funded in part by State, and Local Funds and all regulatory requirements and reporting requirements associated with the funding agencies shall be adhered to.
