Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in College Park, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; 7,000-square-foot educational facility; and for the demolition of a educational facility.
J. Vinton Schafer Construction LLC is soliciting Subcontractor bid proposals for the project. The project consists of the Construction of a 7,000 sf Masonry building and other work indicated in the Contract Documents including but not limited to site demolition, utility relocation, concrete, masonry, steel, carpentry, thermal & moisture protection, openings (doors, hardware, windows, aluminum doors, Kalwall, sectional doors), finishes, gymnasium equipment, HVAC, electrical, earthwork, exterior Improvements, and utilities. Construction is anticipated to start in July/August of 2024. Question Deadline 04/15/2024 at 12:00 PM ET.
