C. This Project may be funded in part by State, Federal, and/or Local Funds; awarded subcontractor shall comply with all regulatory and reporting requirements associated with the funding agencies. D. A Payment and Performance Bond will be required, unless pre-approved otherwise through the J. Vinton Schafer pre-qualification process.
