General Trades bid proposals for the Baseball Player Development Facility Project at the University of Maryland College Park. Special Conditions: A. This Project is subject to State Prevailing Wage Rates (included in front ends). B. This Project is subject to Minority Business Enterprise requirements of (29%) including MBE subgoals of eight percent (8%) for African American owned businesses and eleven percent (11%) for Women owned business. C. This Project may be funded in part by State, Federal, and/or Local Funds; awarded subcontractor shall comply with all regulatory and reporting requirements associated with the funding agencies. D. A Payment and Performance Bond will be required, unless pre-approved otherwise through the J. Vinton Schafer pre-qualification process.
