Site work for a civil project in East Fairfield Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project will generally consist of the construction of a structural plate arch pipe culvert structure as well as the installation of guide rail, riprap scour protection and general restoration activities. A Bid Bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. Abid submitted without a Bid Bond will be rejected. Bidders must be prequalified in accordance with Publication 408, Section 102.01 and/or Township requirements. Bidders are advised that Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage rates are applicable to this project. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding Contract documents, including drawings and technical specifications, may be reviewed by appointment with Secretary Lori Guianen (telephone: 814-720-9867).
