Bid Package #21 - Plumbing. If bids will be hand delivered before the due date, please deliver between 10am-4pm (Monday-Friday) to Wohlers Hall (front building), 733 N. Prospect Avenue, Park Ridge. Wohlers Hall is not a public building. Bids may also be dropped in the "Park District Mail Drop Box" located out front of the building. The opening and reading of the bids will take place at the Paula Hassell O'Connor Community Building which is located directly east of Wohlers Hall. All bid submissions should have the bid package number and the bid package name on the outermost envelope. As an example: Bid Group 5- Bid Package #14 HVAC. **Pre-qualification of all bidders in this bid group is required prior to the bid due date. Submit one fully executed copy of AIA Document A305 "Contractor's Qualification Statement" prior to submitting this bid form unless we have one on file.
