Park Ridge Park District is accepting sealed bids for the Oakton Park Facility, BID GROUP NO. 5, BID PACKAGES #14, #15, #16, #17, #18, #19, #20, & #21 Bid Group No. 5: Bid Package #14 - HVAC Bid Package #15 - General Trades Bid Package #16 - Site Utilities Bid Package #17 - Electric Bid Package #18 - Demolition Bid Package #19 - Aluminum Frames & Glazing Bid Package #20 - Fire Protection Bid Package #21 - Plumbing. If bids will be hand delivered before the due date, please deliver between 10am-4pm (Monday-Friday) to Wohlers Hall (front building), 733 N. Prospect Avenue, Park Ridge. Wohlers Hall is not a public building. Bids may also be dropped in the "Park District Mail Drop Box" located out front of the building. The opening and reading of the bids will take place at the Paula Hassell O'Connor Community Building which is located directly east of Wohlers Hall.
