Landscaping Services. No Bids Will Be Received After the Time Specified Above for Opening, Nor Will Any Proposal Allowed to Be Modified or Withdrawn After the Time Set for the Opening. Contractors Are Asked to Submit a Bid for a Term of Twelve (12) Months for the Period Beginning July 1, 2024 and Ending June 30, 2025, and a Two (2) One (1) Year Options for the Period Beginning July 1, 2025 and Ending June 30, 2026 and for the Period Beginning July 1, 2026 and Ending June 30, 2027. The Marlboro Township Board of Education Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities and to Reject Any or All Bids. A Bidder Shall Be Required to Deposit With Their Bid, Security in the Amount of Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Base Bid, but Not More Than $20,000.00 in the Form of Certified Check or Bid Bond. It is Understood and Agreed That Any Person in the Office of the Board of Education Will Be Absolved From Responsibility for Premature Opening of Any Proposal Not Properly Identified.
