Abbott Early Learning Center Bidders should contact the office of Tokarski Millemann Architects at (732) 262-0046 to confirm details and availability of the Documents. Bids must be delivered in sealed envelopes properly marked identifying bids. It is understood and agreed that any person in the Office of the Board of Education will be absolved from responsibility for premature opening of any proposal not properly identified. No bids will be received after the time specified above for opening, nor will any proposal allowed to be modified or withdrawn after the time set for the opening. The Marlboro Township Board of Education reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids. A bidder shall be required to deposit with their bid, security in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the base bid, but not more than $20,000.00 in the form of certified check or bid bond. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127 (Affirmative Action) and N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 (Disclosure) and the Non-Collusion Affidavit.
