The City of Gardner is Requesting Proposals From Experienced Commercial Carpet and Tile Installation Companies to Remove and Install Carpet and Tile in Gardner City Hall at 120 E. Main. The Following is an Outline of Services Only, It is Not Intended to Represent the Full Scope of Services Needed. The Final Scope Will Be Determined After a Mandatory Site Visit Including All the Interested Bidders. All Inquiries Concerning This Rfp Should Be Submitted to Building Services Supervisor Pete Cappelatti at Pcappelatti@gardnerkansas.gov. All Inquiries Received Will Be Responded to by Means of Addendum to This Rfp and Distributed via Email to All Known Interested Institutions. Deadline for Inquiries The Deadline for Receipt of Questions From Respondents is 3 Pm on March 18, 2024. No Further Questions or Clarifications Will Be Provided After That Date. All Responding Parties Must Submit Four (4) Printed Copies and One (1) Digital Copy (Usb Flash Drive) of the Proposal No Later Than the Above Time. Proposals Received After This Time Will Not Be Considered. All Bids Must Be in a Sealed Envelope and Clearly Marked as Carpet Replacement Gardner City Hall.
