Renovation of a mixed-use development in Ligonier, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; and educational facility.
This project will be constructed under a Single Prime Contract with the Owner, with Prime Contract Bids received each on a lump sum basis. Each Bid Proposal shall include all labor, material, construction, and services necessary to complete the project in strict accordance with the Bidding Contract Documents. No bid shall be modified, withdrawn or canceled for a period of thirty (30) calendar days after the date and time set for receipt of Bids. The Bidder shall submit a properly executed Contractor's Qualification Statement, AIA Document A305 with the Bid Proposal. I. Bidders shall attend a pre-bid conference with representatives of the Owner and Architect to discuss demolition sequence, securities, contractor's work and storage areas and requirements for contractor's personnel working on the Project. No additional costs of any type will be allowed by the failure of the Bidder to avail himself of the privilege of on-site inspection and pre-bid conference. a. Request for Information (RFI) deadline is February 26, 2024
