Bidders must be licensed in accordance with the "Contractor's License Law," Chapter 9 of Division 3 of the California Business and Professions Code. At the time of submitting the bid, Bidders must possess a valid Class A and/or C34 California Contractor's License. The City of Victorville is soliciting proposals from Contractors to construct a high pressure natural gas project within Southern California Logistics Airport. The project scope of work includes but is not limited to: o Construct Odorizer Station and Regulator Station per plans o Supply 20 feet of pre-tested 4 inch API 5L grade X-52 steel pipe All Bid Proposals shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Total Base Bid in the form of a cashier's check, a certified check, or a corporate surety (bidder's bond), as a guarantee that the successful Bidder will execute a construction contract as required under Section 20 of these instructions. The successful Bidder will be also required to furnish performance and payment bonds, each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Total Base Bid. 50 Working Days
