FILTER SURVEILLANCE SERVICES The Victorville Water District (District) is requesting a bid to do Filter Surveillance for seven (7) Vertical pressure vessels at the El Evado Treatment Plant located in Victorville, CA. 92392. The contract shall consist of, but not limited to, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supplementary services necessary to complete the work. Bidder's Bond in the amount equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the total of the larger bid. The Contractor's signature on the Proposal form shall constitute a commitment on the part of the bidder to furnish the equipment as set forth in the Bid Proposal form, Notice Inviting Bids, Instructions to Bidders and the Special Provisions.
