Attempts to obtain more information is ongoing. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Victorville ("City") invites proposals from qualified Engineering Consultants to assemble a preliminary design (30% Design) for the City's Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant (IWWTP) expansion, and other related improvements to address current and future needs of the plant. That includes but is not limited to design criteria, site layouts, planning level cost estimates for the design, required permits, and timeline of design period for planning and design of improvements defined for the expansion and upgrade of the plant. Any prospective proposer desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation or specifications must request it in writing, by APRIL 29, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. to allow a reply to reach prospective Service Providers before the proposal submission date.
