REBID, Wells & Pumps Maintenance & Repair, Mojave River Hatchery, San Bernardino County, California Description: The Contractor will provide to the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW): labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for: Quarterly inspection, maintenance, and servicing of wells, pumps, and electric motor assemblies, electrical panels and VFD's, back up engines and generators, and yearly inspection of wells, pumps, and electric motor assemblies, electrical panels and VFD's back up engines and generators, flow meters, and low flow alarms. 2. Location of Services: Mojave Hatchery, 12550 Jacaranda Avenue, San Bernardino County, 92395 3. Contract Term Date: Upon DGS Approval through June 30, 2027 4. A mandatory pre-bid walkthrough is scheduled at the Mojave Hatchery, 12550 Jacaranda Avenue, San Bernardino County, as indicated above for the purpose of discussing concerns regarding this IFB. Bids of $5,000 and over shall have enclosed, a Cashiers Check, Certified Check, or a Bidder's Bond executed as surety by a corporation authorized to issue surety bonds in the State of California, made payable to the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, in an amount equal to at least 10% of the amount bid. For contractors who need assistance due to a physical impairment, a reasonable accommodation will be provided by the awarding agency upon request for the pre-bid conference/walkthrough. The contractor must call the Contract Manager, Paco Cabral at (760) 245-9981 no later than the fifth (5th) working day prior to the scheduled date and time of the pre-bid conference to arrange for a reasonable accommodation.
