Red Oak Street & Lancaster Creek Residential Utility Construction shall include the following approximate quantities: 550 L.F. - Sanitary Sewer 1000 L.F. - Storm Sewer 280 L.F. - Watermain 5500 S.F. - Concrete Sidewalk 10 EA. - Sanitary Service 14000 C.Y. - Excavation & Grading 10 EA. - Water Service 5000 S.Y. - Landscaping 4 EA. - Bore Water Service The project is scheduled to be completed by June, 2024. Village Engineer The Bidding Documents, consisting of Advertisement for Bids, Instructions to Bidders, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, Bid Bond, Agreement, Payment and Performance Bonds, Notice of Award, Notice to Proceed, Addenda, Certificate of Substantial Completion, and Drawings and Specifications Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bid bond or certified check equivalent to 5% of the maximum proposal. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive or not waive any informalities in the bids received, and to accept any proposal, which they deem most favorable to the interest of the Owner. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 150 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
