Josh Gerrits, P.E. Village Engineer A portion of the project will be financed using funds allocated to the Village of Howard from the local road improvement program (LRIP). Locations funded via LRIP are O'Connor Road. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bid bond or certified check equivalent to 5% of the maximum proposal. Question Deadline 05/11/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 150 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive or not waive any informalities in the bids received, and to accept any proposal, which they deem most favorable to the interest of the Owner.
