Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Howard, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Bids shall include the following approximate quantities: 3150 L.F. - Sanitary Sewer 20000 C.Y. - Excavation & Grading 3900 L.F. - Storm Sewer 15000 Tons - Crushed Aggregate 3350 L.F. - Watermain 6750 L.F. - Curb & Gutter 1500 Tons - Asphaltic Pavement 34000 S.F. - Concrete Sidewalk The project is scheduled to be completed by August 22, 2025, Utility work and October 17, 2025 Roadway work. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bid bond or certified check equivalent to 5% of the maximum proposal. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive or not waive any informalities in the bids received, and to accept any proposal, which they deem most favorable to the interest of the Owner. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 150 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Please contact us at 920-434-4060 if you have any questions.
