Site work and new construction of a residential development in Louisville, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
General Contractor, to provide all materials, labor, tools, equipment, permits, licenses, site development, etc. for the construction of three new Single-Family Housing Units. The homes will be located at 211 East 7th Street and 208 East 8th Street in Louisville, GA. The City-owned property will be using Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community H.O.M.E Investment Partnership (CHIP) funds to create an three affordable homeownership opportunities. This is a Section 3 contract opportunity and is covered under the requirements of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968.
