Reference Number 0000264648 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/02/22 12:00:00 AM CST Scope The Work consists in all that is required for all grounds maintenance activities consisting of but not limited to the following ITEMS (work parcels): ITEM 1 Stonewall Training Centre ITEM 2 Stonewall District Office Description of the Work listed above is provided as a general overview. Detailed Requirements are provided in the attached Technical Requirements listed in Appendix C. During the Contract, the scope may be amended to change quantities, delete or add services that are related or similar in nature including, not limited to, fixes, corrections, minor modifications, minor revisions, updates, upgrades, enhancements, additions and improvements in accordance with the Changes to the Work Section. Site Location The Work Shall Be Performed at: Item 1: Stonewall Training Centre Manitoba Hydro's Stonewall Training Centre is Located at the Jct of Hwy 67 and 322 in Argyle Manitoba Item 2: Stonewall District Office Manitoba Hydro's Former Stonewall District Office is Located at 6-095 Hwy 67e Stonewall in the Rural Municipality of Rockwood Manitoba. General Liability Insurance General Liability Insurance shall provide coverage to a limit of not less than $2,000,000 (Cdn) inclusive, per occurrence, for bodily injury, death, and damage to property including loss of use of damaged property. The General Liability Insurance shall include coverage for the following: (a) Premises Property and Operations (b) Products and Completed Operations (c) Blanket Contractual Liability (d) Cross Liability (e) Non-owned Automobile Liability (f) Occurrence Property Damage.
